(301) Pumpkin seeds [
I steamed pumpkin seeds and open their shells to get green seeds in them.
I usually don't eat pumpkin seeds. Maybe, Japaneses people don't have a habit of eating pumpkin seeds. I asked my father, aged eighty four, if he had eaten pumpkin seeds. He just answered no.
But when my daughter ate fruite granola, I found green pumpkin seeds in it. I wondered how they get green seeds from their shells. Anyway I found one of ways to get green ones inside the seeds.

Pumpkin seeds are eaten outside Japan. I bought salted pumpkin seeds in a supermarket in Saudi Arabia, and in Bahrain.

Your way of thinking is accepting very positively all events and existence as they are. This acceptance frees man from the world of heavy shade, lightens his heart. His time is also set free from its context. At the very time it becomes bright around him. I think this is a splendid one phrase sums. You said, "it's okay with this."
Rogers felt that a therapist, in order to be effective, must have three very special qualities:
1. Congruence -- genuineness, honesty with the client.
2. Empathy -- the ability to feel what the client feels.
3. Respect -- acceptance, unconditional positive regard towards the client.
He says these qualities are "necessary and sufficient:" If the therapist shows these three qualities, the client will improve, even if no other special "techniques" are used. If the therapist does not show these three qualities, the client's improvement will be minimal, no matter how many "techniques" are used.
A developmental task is a task which arises at or about a certain period in the life of the individual, successful achievement of which leads to his happiness and to success with later tasks, while failure leads to unhappiness in the individual, disapproval by the society, and difficulty with later tasks.
Early Adulthood(19-30) 1. Selecting a mate. 2. Learning to live with a partner. 3. Starting family. 4. Rearing children. 5. Managing home. 6. Getting started in occupation. 7. Taking on civic responsibility. 8. Finding a congenial social group.
Middle Age(30-60) 1. Assisting teenage children to become responsible and happy adults. |
Later Maturity(60- ) 1. Adjusting to decreasing strength and health 2. Adjusting to retirement and reduced income 3. Adjusting to death of a spouse 4. Establishing relations with one's own age group 5. Meeting social and civic obligations 6.
I finished OL進化論5(英語対訳),SURVIVAL IN THE OFFICE, The Evolution of Japanese Working Women. There are two things essential we should keep for living in a comfortable small room alone.
It's a lot better if you just keep the tabletop clean.
And raw garbage・・・. That, at least, you have to dispose of properly.
If you make sure you do just those two things , you needn't clean up for 2 or 3 months.
