（１０３）ヨドバシカメラの女店員さんありがとう！

On Friday night I found the animation part of Sony's home page stop working, instead, Adobe Flash Player's download was required on the screen. Clicking the icon, I tried to get the newest version of the software. But I failed to download it. Internet Explorer security stopped the download of Flash Player's. Reading a support database of Adobe, I changed the security level from medium high to medium. So I managed to get the software after several freezings of download process. I came to know that the software was stored as one of add-ons of Internet Explorer. I could see the file of the software "flash9f.ocx" in it, but Sony's home page would not give its usual contents. I had spent a lot of hours to struggle to get Adobe Flash Player before giving it up and went to sleep.

On Saturday I went to Yodobashi Camera, electronic products store, with my laptop computer. I was going to add more memory. A male salesperson said 1.5 giga was enough to speed up my computer. But a young female salesperson at the cashing counter kindly adviced that 2 giga merory is a must for windows Vista. So I told her the sudden missing of contents of Sony's site, and how troubled in installing Flash Player on Friday. Checking my laptop, she calmly answered to me,
1. I should download a newest version of the software, and
2. small memory is the cause of freezing download.
She is very convincing, then I asked her change my 500 mega to 2 giga ones, canceling 1 giga one.

After upgrating the main memory my laptop computer  started up much faster. Following the Adobe's support database, I downloaded an uninstaller first, then uninstalled old Flash Player. Next I downloaded the newest Flash Player then usual web's contents appeared. After all I succeeded in replacing with the newest software.   I'd like to give my thanks to the female saleperson.
