I knew very recently that the price of chicken thigh meat is higher than breast meat in Japan. Breast meat looks better than thigh meat for me. I asked my wife about this price difference. She said that thigh meat tastes better and breast meat is a little tougher than thigh meat. I still remained unconvinced.
